I AM A DISTRIBUTOR, DO YOU DO BUSINESS WITH END USERS?
NO, our business model is doing business with distributors and wholesalers. We will confirm the people’s business model before we supply price list to them.
Bucksports is a professional supplier on Custom Apparel & Sportswear. We have positioned ourself to own the customization processes from beginning to end. With our own dedicated factories we can deliver professional level apparels in record time. This advantage also lets us keep the prices down while providing top of class materials, performance and service.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Your garments should be delivered to you within approximately four weeks after we receive your deposit and confirmed order form with you. If you have any special turnaround requirements, please give us a call and we’ll happily discuss them with you.
ARE YOU DEALING IN SUBLIMATION ONLY OR DO YOU OFFER CUT & SEW SERVICE?
We can handle sublimation and cut and sew, But for our cut and sew range, we can only supply some fabrics in good quality not like marketing fabrics.
We have two different fabrics one for polo shirt and t-shirt, The other for jackets and hoodies.
CAN I PURCHASE AN INDIVIDUAL ITEM FROM BUCK SPORTS?
No, sorry. Individual items are not available for purchase from Buck sports. We only accept a minimum order of 10 garments for each style and design.
WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us ASAP. Our Customer Care Team is standing by to help, and will endeavor to resolve any issue for you at speed.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF GARMENTS THAT CAN BE ORDERED?
Yes there is. We require a minimum order of 10 garments per style, per order.
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
If you think that you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and pictures.
Please ensure that you have double-checked against your order form.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal, Money transfer. We have Commonwealth bank account for Australia market and Westpac bank account for New Zealand. Please contact email@example.com for bank account details.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES/DUTIES FOR MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Yes, All of the orders are shipped direct from my China Base to Client directly. There will be some Taxes or Duties happened possible. We can supply certificate of origin from China to help you to save the Taxes/Duties. As you know China and Australia have free trade agreement, The COO can help you to save some money for import duty but there are still have some duty need to be paid. Please ask your Custom Officer to get exactly reply.
CAN YOU CUSTOM MADE MY LABELS AND ACCESSORIES?
Yes, We can make your own neck labels with your brand. For sample and small run orders, we can make sublimation labels for free, For woven labels and other accessroies there are some cost to custom made, If you need contact us by email.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY DYE SUBLIMATION CLOTHING?
Dye sublimation is a processing surface printing from white fabrics. After clothing finished the surface was covered with colors but the inside of fabric is still white.
When you wear it, Please avoid the garments with something rubbing up against them. If not the fabric will be scratched and white fiber will be come front of the colored fabric.
All of our fabrics are tested with our friction machine. We can avoid the surface was pilling but no fabrics can be scared with something to make white fiber standing out.
